Order Acceptance Policy

All orders placed over £2000.00 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Scubadoodivers.co.uk is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Scubadoodivers.co.uk.
Re-Stocking
Re-Stocking products of a non fault nature will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee (and will only be re-stocked at the discreation of Scubadoo Divers Directors)
Returns
Faulty returns will be replaced or repaired subject to manufactures policy. Non faulty goods will be replaced with a credit note for the same value so long as the product has not been used in any way. ( at the discreation of Scubadoo Divers Directors)
